Extractor Spring O-Ring Plunger Set Group Buy was created by jtallen83

See the post below for details on the group buy.

Does anyone have a source for an AR-10 extractor plunger, that little orange plug inside the extractor spring? I looked on Armalite's site but was turned off by the over $17 shipping charge for UPS ground. They are only $1.10 for a set with the plunger, spring, and O-ring but they want you to buy 5, no problem I thought. Put it in my cart and went to check out, almost fell over when I saw the shipping charge.
I've got a spare but want to replace it, just don't want to volunteer for rape!

That's what I was thinking. I'll get 5 or 10 and then offer a few here for what I have in them. I'll bet I can ship them for the price of a first class stamp!
Mine was in great shape last time I cleaned it, I changed up cleaners and used some foaming bore cleaner, let the excess from the bore run onto the bolt thinking it would loosen some of the brass chips and carbon. When I went to clean the extractor the plunger flaked out on me, the O-ring held up fine though.

I just ordered 15 sets, 3 for me, 2 for Sisco and the rest for whomever here needs a set, just reply here with the number you want and I'll PM when I'm able to ship them. It will be $3.00 a set, sent in a first class mail envelope.
Here is the link to the set;

Over half the cost is shipping from Armalite!

The only shipper we use currently is UPS. The program from them is based on a 1 lb minimum from our zip code to yours plus we add a $3.00 handling and packaging fee. The rest of the charges go direct to UPS. Until upper management decides when to add USPS as an option, UPS is the only carrier we use for now. Upper management has been made aware of the situation and is looking at adding USPS as an option in the not too distant future.
