That's the Long Ranger, 26 & 3/4" stainless, Lilja three groove, 1:12 twist with adjustable gas block. GG&G 20 MOA scope riser under a Leopold Vari X III Tactical. Chamber is short throated for 175 grn. Berger MTBTLR VLDs. KAC trigger, adjustable butt pad from ???
Also, the hand guard is a Superior Weapons System, (E1, I think). Art is the owner and a good guy. It was one of the first made. There are a lot nicer ones now.
