My new 20" build in .308 was created by thinwater

I still need a flash suppressor but the rest is done and shoots great. The Montana Rifle barrel shoots great and an Armalite buffer spring is smoother than a DPMS. The finish is "Reaper Woods" hydro dipped camo. I think I will do a 16" carbine in Multi cam camo next time. I will be putting a 20x scope on this when I see one I like. The 4x is good to 300 yards aganst soda cans but after that the recticle covers the target.

Wow! What a beautiful rifle. I'm tempted to start a "Rifle of the Month" contest now to reward folks for their builds!

That sounds neat - I'm going to go broke trying to keep up with the Jones :-)
