The Best of Both Worlds? was created by jtallen83

I just ran across this in the latest GUNS magazine, a 12 gauge pump/auto;

tristararms.com/TEC-12-tactical-shotgun.php

They say it uses Benelli's recently expired inertia drive patent for the auto portion. Sounds good and the price is reasonable.

Very interesting.......I am generally not an auto shotgun fan. However, the Benelli inertia system changed that.
The only auto I own is an M2......I do have a few pumps. Love the Super Nova Tactical!

I always thought it`d be cool to have a semiauto shotgun, I just had`nt been much innerested in the fancy skeet/sporting types. I just do`nt like to mess up a purdy thing, so they wood`nt be nothing but something to look at.
I bought a Ithica 12 gauge that has a bunch of fancy duck stuff etched into the sides of the receiver, it looks as if it had never been fired. That one was too good of a deal to pass on, and so it sits in the safe.
Someday, if the right deal comes along I might trade it for a more of a tactical looking thing.
Things is moving fast now.
