Once i got my gas system fixed i also have a Hefty ejection pattern at a 4 O'clock angle. Using 150 gr. But its working fine and shoots tight groups. ( depending on ammo )

Final chapter on AR-10T rifle.Rifle functions perfectly.Goal was to load 142g/SMK/HPBT from my Hornady LNL progressive press with 4064 powder to achieve less than 1" at 200 yards. The load was 35grs +/- .4grs. Today I tested for grouping. The results was as small as .6" to .75". I was astonished a SA action could be that accurate.I was more surprised the LNL press with a typical powder measure could produce that kind of accuracy. The rifle is not a light weight combination.Cheers

Great to read that your rifle got sorted out. Sounds like you've got a really good load worked up for it.
