YUP !!!! Got the box, I think the book may be in there tooo, Now I`m curious, going to have to go looksee. 
Nope, no buk, box is real decent and still has the positioners init but, no book.
Might have to see if I can find an original somewheres. Not no repro either, it muzd be original.
