Replied by BUILDING MY SASS on topic Help! I'm confused!
I don't think they are using the trade mark...but showing it excepts the new AR-10 A mags...but as far as fitting a ArmaLite upper...don't really think I would...I don't like big gaps in my Rifle...
My Advice...Stay with Factory made parts..

It is better to have and not need, than need and not have.
If you think it is time to bury your guns, it is time to dig them up....
"Fight back! Whenever you are offered violence, fight back! The aggressor does not fear the law, so he must be taught to fear you. Whatever the risk, and at whatever...
After looking at the links posted... this is what I have come up with.
1. infringement on the (AR-10) trade mark.
2. misrepresentation of design.
3. false advertisement.
Now here is why.
1. ArmaLite has the (AR-10) registered and trademarked, so he is using it with out permission.
2. as you can see, the ArmaLite upper does not fit properly as the angles on the ArmaLite upper are angled and do not fit flush.
3. see #2
On a side note... it is modeled after the dpms design and will accept the original ArmaLite waffle design magazine which will also accept the p-mag too.
1) The guy has a 'gmail' address. GMAFB (give me a friggin break) you are running a business of any kind and using gmail, a FREE mail service, sorry, too cheap or to poor to get a proper e mail and I don't want to do business with you
2) Website. Thats a website selling a high end product, GMAFB!
3) His place of business looks like an abandoned junk yard, Check out on Google maps: 12390 Rendon Rd
Burleson, Texas 76028
4) Then there is the picture window 'tween the lower and upper, maybe that has a purpose, like an AR 10 with a built in radio...
5) His ads on gunbroker: None of it made much sense, showed different guns, hazy description of anything.
It has been brought to the attention of the powers that be at ArmaLite and with in the hour, a Cease & Desist letter for copy write and trademark infringements.
