Shot at the family farm today. Was approx 328 yards out (laser range finder). I shot a few groups and did some gong plinking. Best group of the day is shown in the picture .75" center to center for 0.22 MOA!!! Of course luck was on my side.

Tried out my leupold sx-1 spotter for first time as well. Overall I'm happy with it. Paid $225 on amazon and could see .308 hits on paper at 328yards. I took a pic through the scope but it doesn't really do the scope justice.

Bravo on the nice groups especially at 328 yards. What's equally impressive is having a place to shoot at those distances and you call it home! :twothumbs:

Leupold makes some of the finest shooting optics available today. For $225.00 I would say you're more than satisfied with the spotting scopes performance and clarity.

:twothumbs: Nice shooting!!!!
Those pictures make me homesick for the farm, nothing like your own private range.

Good looking group at that distance.

The further you shoot the more your skill comes into play...

That particular group was shot with black hills 168gr .308 match. I shot 4 other groups with FGMM 175, m118lr, and black hills 175 with results ranging from 2.5" to 5 7/8" (the 5 7/8" group was completely my fault and I called it as bad before seeing it). The .75" group was definitely a fluke and not something I expect to happen again. The target will probably remain on the wall in my gun room for the rest of my life though.
