I'd guesstimate they had ZERO intention of follow-through, from the beginning.
How many business sectors today have a 51% increase over the fiscal quarter of 2012? At the height of the crazy buying DEC-MAR people were paying $2000 for an average $1000 Colt, or WHATEVER they could get their hands on, right? Why would anybody sell off THAT profit?
Money is money, no matter how some libtard paints it to be blood money, or whatever their retarded agenda is of the day.
Business 101: build up the business, keep it or sell it off, depending on your future business goals. I think the divestment movement is cool, in some ways, in that it is another manner of freedom of expression. However, what's next? "Adam Lanza" was wearing Nikes when he went on his machete slaughter, so boycott Nikes?
So, here's my take on this divestment crap, and where it should be: the pharmaceutical companies who all had their drugs in the veins of the latest mass shooters, which goes back into Columbine. All were on some sort of SSRI/anti-depressants/reality killers which have a KNOWN side effect of creating suicidal/ homicidal people. Why isn't anybody holding big pharma. responsible for creating these homicidal/suicidal robots with their drugs, and THOSE monstrous profit margins?
