On May 13, the Missouri General Assembly gave final approval to the NRA-backed House Bill 294. On May 26, HB 294 was delivered to the Governor’s desk for his signature. Under Missouri law, Governor Nixon has 45 days from the date he receives a bill to take action on that legislation. As of today, Missouri’s Omnibus Gun bill was sent to the Governor fifteen days ago. This means he has until July 9 to sign or veto the legislation. Please contact Governor Jay Nixon and ask him to sign HB 294 into law!
